This program works extremely well for financing bred heifers.

  • After the culling process is completed, the remaining cows may be financed on a 5 Year term loan, with the payments matching the productive cows remaining.
This program also works well for the open and bred cows that have at least another year of production remaining.

  • Maximum amount financed on bred heifers, bred cows and cow/calf pairs is influenced by several factors. Please contact a CFC representative when you are ready to buy.
  • If you are purchasing cow/calf pairs, calves may be placed on a feeder loan. Please discuss this with your market representative for more information.
  • All CFC cows and offspring purchased - prior to leaving the approved market - and the offspring (of purchased bred cows) - prior to being turned out to pasture - are to be branded with a registered CFC Finance brand.
